The Lisa Sherry Interieurs team is expert at managing the myriad of details and timelines in a new construction or renovation project, saving clients time and headaches. We often act as the client’s point person on the job, ensuring the design vision is brought to life.

 

DESIGN DIRECTION

Based on your needs, desires, wants and dreams, Lisa Sherry Interieurs creates a unique design direction for your home. Through process of discovery and sharing, this vision for home is first expressed in evocative mood boards. Detailed CAD drawings and floor plans, including elevations follow. 

 

FURNITURE & MATERIAL SPECIFICATION

With an agreed upon design direction, the Lisa Sherry Interieurs team next focuses keenly on planning all interior decorating details. This includes “hardscape” planning, including cabinetry, stone, tile, flooring, countertops and lighting fixtures. Appliances are assessed and selected, as well as plumbing fixtures and related hardware. Simultaneously, we make specific furniture, fabric and finish recommendations, curating every purchase recommendation with care.

 

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

The Lisa Sherry Interieurs team is creative, but we leave nothing to chance. Our team plans, coordinates, problem-solves and expedites every piece of the new construction or renovation plan to perfection. To do so, we use the latest computer technology for managing your project, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.

 

INSTALLATION & STYLING

After months of planning and preparation, Installation Day is the exciting culmination of a Lisa Sherry Interieurs design project. Our trade and contracting team will have completed their assignments. The LSI team arrives to deliver and place furniture and rugs, hang art and mirrors, install window coverings, position lighting and accessories, and make ensure your project is welcome-home ready. For some clients, our finishing touches may include organizing your kitchen accouterments and stocking the linen closet for a move-in ready home.
